How do I report a claim or circumstance?
In order to expedite processing of new claims or notices of circumstances, we recommend that the Insured take the following steps in addition to the reporting requirements outlined in the policy.

1.) Please forward notice and all materials to:

    • Insured name and policy number;
    • Insured contact name, telephone number, and fax number;
    • Broker or agent's contact name, telephone number, and fax number; and
    • A brief written summary of the issues prompting the notice.
    4.) Information to attach to notice includes:
    • Any Summons or Complaints;
    • Any letters seeking or demanding money or services from the Insured;
    • Copy of Insured's contract relating to the project at issue;
    • Copy of project correspondence relating to issue triggering notice;

    How do I place a piece of business?

    How long does it take to get a quote?
      We are committed to quote turnaround within 5 business days.

    What is needed to obtain a quote?
      A completed Architects & Engineers Professional Liability application. (If bound, a completed Zurich application is required within 15 days of the effective date.

      Zurich Special Bill
        Invoice is sent to agent for net payment and they in turn bill the insured.
